    This file includes our application form and instructions.  A completed application is required for any Capitol Zoning permit.  Many applications can be approved by staff, sometimes on the same day.  If your project requires Commission approval, staff will schedule your proposal for a hearing at the Commission's next regular meeting.  The City of Little Rock will not issue a city permit for any work in the Capitol Zoning District wihout a Capitol Zoning permit.

    Applicants proposing new commercial or multi-family construction are strongly advised to complete a preliminary review process with Capitol Zoning and City of Little Rock staff before submitting a formal application.
